Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of kale leaves or 1 big kale bunch

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce

  • 1 green apple

  • 3 lemons (peeled)

  • 1-inch piece of ginger

  • 1 cucumber



Instructions:

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Chop them into pieces that will fit into your juicer.

  3. Feed each ingredient through the juicer, starting with the softer ones like cucumber and lemon, and finishing with the harder ones like ginger and apple.

  4. Stir the juice gently to combine flavors.

  5. Pour the juice into glass storage jars or sip immediately.

  6. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate.

  7. Consume within 3-4 days to enjoy the maximum freshness and benefits.
